Robert Wootton brings over 36 years of experience from the United States Navy to Hydra Defense Solutions.  His areas of expertise are rooted deep within strategic maritime defense training, law enforcement, shipboard security, and VIP protection.

His impressive career includes leadership roles at Naval Special Warfare (DEVGRU), Carrier Strike Group Four, Combined Interagency Task Force 435 (Security Force Assistance-Investigations), Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Joint Task Force-Armed Forces Inaugural Committee, and more. 

Robert was responsible for developing maritime standard operating procedures, certifying the strike group’s force protection readiness, training security forces, and even coordinating dignitary protective details.

Talia Caira Mervosh brings over a decade of experience in administrative leadership and operational management, with a career spanning from high-level government contractors to multiple colleges and universities. She has led essential business functions including budget planning, operations, scheduling, invoicing, accounting, and overall organizational direction.

Her proven ability to drive company growth while maintaining disciplined, on-time execution helps Hydra Defense Solutions deliver industry-leading service backed by professional, reliable operations.

Talia is a recipient of the 2025 City of Sunrise Business Heros Award, has experience in handling sensitive and classified government documents, and routinely attends leadership and administrative conferences nationwide to stay current on best practices.

As a key advisor to Hydra, Talia shapes the day-to-day operational systems and administrative standards that strengthen mission readiness, ensure consistency, and enable scalable growth.
