Sam's journey started in the U.S. Navy, where two tours through the world’s most dangerous waters taught him that preparation and awareness aren’t optional—they’re survival. Those lessons became the foundation of his life at sea.

What is a Hydra?
In Greek mythology, the Hydra was a serpent-like creature that dwelled in the waters of Lerna. It was feared for its many heads and its unique power to regenerate—two heads growing back for every one lost. This made the Hydra a lasting symbol of resilience, adaptability, and layered defense.
